What happens after I submit a referral?
You’ll receive a confirmation email, and our team will reach out to the restaurant within a few business days. We’ll keep you updated by email as your referral moves through the process.
How and when do I get rewarded?
It’s a single flat reward: $1,500 in inKind credit when your referred restaurant officially becomes an inKind partner restaurant. If they don’t sign on, there’s no reward. Credits are issued within 14 days of activation.
Is there a limit to how many restaurants I can refer?
You can refer as many qualifying restaurants as you’d like. If you bring in three or more, we’ll invite you into our Affiliate Program, which offers boosted payouts and a dedicated account manager.
What kinds of restaurants qualify?
Established, U.S.-based operating businesses with 4+ stars on Google — from single-location cafés to multi-unit fine-dining groups. The restaurant should be open and generating revenue (not pre-revenue). If you’re unsure, submit anyway and our team will evaluate.
Will the restaurant know I referred them?
Yes, we reach out and with your consent we will mention your name. This usually helps, not hurts. A warm intro from someone they know is far more likely to convert than a cold email.
What if my referral doesn’t become an inKind restaurant?
No reward is owed if the restaurant doesn’t sign on, but your referral stays active in our pipeline indefinitely. If they come back and activate 6 months later, you still get the full $1,500 in credit.
